Machining Services
Seneca Machine has a variety of machining capabilities. And we strive to meet the needs of our customers by maintaining flexible production control in utilizing our full range of equipment. We provide skilled, high quality services in all of the following areas: (click photo to enlarge)

CNC Capabilities – The majority of our works is accomplished on our two axis lathe and three axis mill. If necessary we run simultaneously on multiple machines to facilitate production schedules.

Manual Turning – Used for simple geometry and quick turn around. We have several machines with full range of chucking capabilities.

Manual Milling – Used for second operations, tooling, and quick small quantity runs.

Making Holes – We use our CNC machines for even small quantity jobs. From many small holes using through-spindle-coolant, to larger holes needing to be drilled, contoured and bored.

Threading – We drill and tap, single point, and thread mill. From large production runs to unique, unusual and small quantity projects.

Finishing – Deburring, sandblasting, lapping, painting, stamping, engraving and washing.
Specialized Machining Services
- Prototype – Seneca can work with your company in the design stage to produce quick prototypes for engineering evaluation.
- Repairs – At Seneca we have been known to repair almost anything, from our own equipment to that widget you wish still worked.
- Assembly Work – small to medium sized mechanical assemblies, including purchased items and hardware.
- Short / Long Run Productions – No job is too small or too big.
- Sub-contracting – If we don't do it we find someone who does. Through the years we have developed working relationships in the following areas. Heat treating, plating, welding, powder coating, CMM inspection, broaching, etc.
